The object of the study - tritium migration in the environment. The purpose of research is to determine ways to prevent the migration of technogenic tritium in water objects. The relevance and importance of the work lies in the fact that its results can be used to develop fundamentally new technologies for binding technogenic tritium in water, which will create quality barriers to the penetration of technogenic tritium from problem areas into the environment. Research method - theoretical calculations and experimental studies. The basic models of tritium migration between different environmental spaces in water-saturated soil are constructed, and the information model of these processes is presented. Features of accumulation of tritium in organic raw materials of the plants holding milky juice are revealed. A method of describing the territory, which is contaminated with tritium, based on which the first version of the computer program "Random point" (Random point). The data of experimental studies of isotope exchange between the titrated water (NTO) and natural minerals are obtained.The technique and technology for the possible implementation of the device for the adsorbent transfer evenly to the surface of an open water body contaminated with tritium was chosen. The obtained data of experimental studies of isotope exchange between HTO and thermally treated natural minerals at t=105 C and t=500 C in a closed experimental system. As a result of research published 13 articles, made 11 reports at conferences, received 2 patents for invention and 5 patents for utility models, received 1 certificate of copyright for the software, published some of the results in 2 collective monographs published on the results of conferences. The results of the Research work can be used by scientists and engineers involved in the development of new technologies reduce the penetration of technogenic tritium from problem areas in the environment. A forecast assumptions on development of object of research: the results of theoretical and experimental researches can be fundamental to the development of technologies for the sequestration of tritium in the aquatic environment and the creation of a barrier to the penetration of tritium from contaminated open ponds into the groundwater.
