The expediency of using herbal ingredients (cornmeal, flax flour, mixtures thereof) in the production of meat pate has been scientifically substantiated and experimentally confirmed, thereby saving up to 15% of raw meat. The possibility of adjusting the fatty acid composition of meat pies for feeding preschool and school children in the ratio of omega-6 / omega-3 (10: 1) fatty acids using blends of vegetable oils (sunflower, flax, corn) has been established.
