The list of technological equipment for delignification of non-starch polysaccharides of cellulose-containing raw materials has been determined and requirements have been compiled. The technical result from the implementation of the technology is to intensification the process of simultaneous saccharifying the starch- and cellulose-containing raw materials of cereal cultures by amylolytic and cellulolytic enzymes, simultaneously fermentation, increasing the yield of alcohol by 1,0 - 2,5 dl from the ton of raw material, depending on the type of grain cultures.
