For the optical observations of spacecrafts in low orbits, a television telescope was used. 843 effective spacecraft passages were recorded with a total duration of 850 minutes during 53 nights. Database of 12538 spacecraft positions was received. For the optical observations of spacecraft in geostationary orbits, a KT-50 telescope was used. 81 effective spacecraft passages were recorded with a total duration of 350 minutes for 49 nights. Database of 2278 spacecraft positions was received. In the radio range, observations of two telecommunication geostationary satellites (GSS) were conducted with radiointerferometric network of stations for simultaneous reception of television signal. The stations are located in the cities of Mykolaiv, Rivne, Mukachevo, Kharkiv (Ukraine), Ventspils (Latvia). Database of spacecraft positions was obtained for two GSS: - "Eutelsat 13B" for 315 days (141 days - 5 stations, 86 days - 4 stations, 88 days - 3 stations); - "Eutelsat 13C" for 38 days (3 stations). Eutelsat 13B and Eutelsat 13C were simultaneously monitored during 30 days. In the radio range, observations of three satellites in low orbits were conducted with a Doppler station for 48 days with a total duration of about 1500 minutes. 110 GB of primary information was received. Using the database of optical and radio observations of the spacecrafts, calculations of orbital elements in two-line set format were carried out. Using optical observations, 403 sets of orbital elements for 123 spacecrafts were posted on the UMOS website. Using radiointerferometric observations, daily orbital elements for Eutelsat-13B (315 days) and Eutelsat-13C (38 days) were calculated and posted on web site of RI "MAO". Using Doppler observations in automatic mode, 93 passages of CUTE-1, OSCAR-19 and TECHNOSAT were obtained. Their orbital elements were calculated and stored in database of the RI "MAO".
