The goal of the work is to make agreement between experimental researches of the inter-subband absorption in delta doped QWs and theoretical calculations. The technique of researches is self-consistent solution of the Shedinger and Poisson equations Obtained energy levels are then used for calculations of the intersubband absorption. The comparison with the experimental results is made and it is also shown that the main trans-formation of the intersubbands absorption peaks with temperature is explained by the change of the gaps of the QWs and barriers. It is also examined the influence of others phenomenon like many particles effects on experimental results. Estimation of life times of electrons concerning intersubband scattering and conclusions are made.
