In the course of work, it have been improved scientific approaches to the development of strategy and tactics of management of financial resources of economic entities, which take into account the features of the definition of need capital, the formation of own and borrowed financial resources and the policy of financing non-negotiable and current assets. The strategy of providing financial security of the bank is proposed, which, in contrast to existing approaches, includes a model of the selection and implementation of the strategy depending on the actual level of financial security of the bank and contains a list of measures that will promote effective development of the bank in conditions of uncertainty and existing threats. Approaches to assessing the value of insurance companies have been improved, which involves taking into account the greater number of factors of influence and provides more adequate information about the cost of business, taking into account possible changes in the future in comparison with well-known approaches to the evaluation of valuebusiness.
