In the work, an analysis of existing semiconductor temperature sensors, heat flow, humidity, pressure, control of the presence of undesirable substances (carbon monoxide, methane, radon, etc.) is carried out on the basis of their sensitivity, measurement range, measurement error, availability and cost. Among the most important sensors, the main attention was paid to the heat flow sensors as the main measuring devices in the study of thermal losses through the external enclosing structures of the building. Mostly sensors operating on the Peltier effect were selected. The indicated sensors were compared with the existing thermal flow sensors of the thermocouple-type battery.
