The purpose of the research was to determine the species composition of the pathogens of the triticale of spring and winter mushroom etiology; studying the peculiarities of their development and harmfulness depending on the climatic conditions of the Polissya and the forest-steppe; study of migratory processes of micromycetes in short-rotation crop rotation with different saturation of grain crops; development, biological substantiation and improvement of integrated protection of culture from diseases. The research was carried out within the framework of 4 thematic plans with verified numbers of the State registration. The spread of diseases of the triticale of winter and spring, as well as the study of the effectiveness of the elements of limitation of the development of mushroom diseases were conducted in the conditions of the Polissya and Forest-steppe through expeditionary surveys of agrocenoses in farms of different forms of ownership and conducting field research in the territories: Volyn, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Lviv, Rivne, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy and other regions. The species composition of the diseases of the leaves of the triticale: powdery mildew (Blumeria graminis (DC.) F. Sp. Tritici Speer.), Brown rust (Puccinia recondita Dietel & Holw.), Septoriosis of leaves (Septoria tritici Desm. (Teleomorf Mycosphaerella graminicola (Fuckel J. Schrot), Stagonospora nodorum (Berk.) E. Castell. & Germano (Teleomphora Phaeosphaeria nodorum (E.Mull.) Hedjar.), Snow mold (Monagaphla nivalis (Schaffnit) E.Mull.), Pyrenophora tritici -repentis (Died.) Drechsler), dark brown spots (Bipolaris sorokiniana (Sacc.) Shoemaker), ascchytosis (Ascochyta graminicola Sacc.), fusarium burns - (Fusarium spp.). The damage of pathogens of mushroom diseases to more than 50 varieties and hybrids of winter and 28 - year triticale was studied. The development of diseases on the triticale has been established, depending on: fertilizer systems, seed treatment and culture crops by chemical and biological means of protection and plant growth regulators.
