We analyzed and systemazed major radiologic features of pelvic malagnant tumors and changes in treatment overtime. We defined the role of each radiologic method for surveillance after treatment of these tumors. In order to improve diagnostic accuracy we compared the radiologic findings with pathologic specimen evaluations and estimated the treatment effect over time. Our results prove that combination of radiologic methods provide beter diagnostic accuracy to determine major radiologic features of pelvic malignant tunmors. The results of our study demonstrated sensitivity and specificity of radiologic methods to diagnose and estimate treatment response in patients with pelvic malignant tumors.
