It is revealed that the FeNiCrBSiC-TiB2 system is promising for the development of composite materials for coating. The influence of additives of refractory borides on the peculiarities of the formation of the structure of composite materials during sintering in vacuum was studied and the technological parameters of composite powder materials were optimized. Coatings from the developed composite powders by the method of plasma spraying have been applied. The influence of structural features of the developed gas-thermal coatings on wear resistance is studied by studying the mechanisms of wearing the coatings under conditions of friction without lubrication at elevated temperatures.
