The technological regulation of molecular genetic analysis of aboriginal and small-numbered breeds of farm animals (cattle) and evaluation of samples of biomaterials, which is stored in the Bank of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics nd. a. M.V.Zubets of NAAS. The expediency of conducting complex genetic estimation of biomaterial, which is intended for long-term storage of quantitative attributes (QTL), STR, ISSR markers, is proved. The requirements for creating and forming separate cryo-collections of biological material: sperm, embryos, oocytes, somatic cells, DNA samples are formed. A morphological evaluation was carried out and 30 embryos of the Ukrainian Gray breed and 30 embryos of the Ukrainian Whiteheaded breed were stored for a long time at the Bank of animal genetic resources of Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics named after M.V. Zubets of NAAS. The genotypes of cows donor and fathers of embryos laid down for storage, according to the polymorphic genes of the genes of the germs, are useful signs of the Ukrainian Whiteheaded breed (BLG, CSN3, GH) and Ukrainian Gray (BLG, CSN3, GH, TG, CAPN1 130 and BoLA-DRB3.2 ) breeds. The analysis of the combination of parent pairs and the prediction of the inheritance of genotypes of blood groups in the system of blood group B (EAB) and the number of quantitative traits (TG, BLG, CSN3) in the embryos of the investigated breeds was made. The basic criteria for forming embryobacter and DNA of the Bank of animal genetic resources are determined. The main elements of the system for the conservation of genetic resources of animals in Ukraine are considered and the complex organizational and technological measures for the creation and functioning of the Bank of animal genetic resources are determined in accordance with the international requirements of the FAO.
