For the first time, complex fluorides of gagarinite, fluorite and tysonite structures were synthesized. The nature of charge carriers in the synthesized samples of solid solutions of heterovalent substitution was established by the methods of Hebb-Wagner and high-temperature NMR spectroscopy. According to the magnitude of the conductivity, the fluoride conducting phases can be arranged in the following sequence: fluorite structures> gagarinite> tisonite. The obtained results are necessary to optimize the composition of electrode and electrolyte materials of electrochemical devices for various purposes: current sources, sensors, scintillators.
