The theoretical principles of determination of the collective dominant position are investigated in the paper. The international experience of determining the dominant position of two or more business entities in the relevant market is described. The paper provides methodological recommendations for determining the collective dominant position of business entities in the relevant market, and also analyzes the tools for identifying / proving collective dominance in the market. According to the results of the study, materials have been prepared on the assessment of the state of abuse of the collective dominant position on the relevant market, which can be used by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine when making decisions on the directions of the formation and implementation of competition policy, in the preparation of methodological and information documents for state authorities.
