The aim of the work is to ensure the unity and required accuracy of measurements of the frequency deviation of frequency-modulated oscillations. The subject of the study is the improvement of the state primary standard of the frequency deviation unit. A study was made of the uncertainty in the reproduction of the frequency deviation by the standard, as well as the uncertainty of the calibration of these measuring equipment, budgets of uncertainties were compiled.
