It was established that the obtained materials are formed predominantly by single- and dual-layer nanoparticles of dichalcogenides, which have an increased degree of defect, and the graphene component are ordered areas of sufficiently large dimensions. It was shown that the nanocomposite gMoSe2@Gr exhibits higher electrocatalytic properties in RHE than gMoS2@Gr due to the transformation of the crystalline structure MoSe2 from 2H (semiconductor) into a 1T (metal) form. It has been established that nanocomposite Mo2C / N, P, codified with the restored graphene oxide, is an electrocatalyser of RHE from water in a wide range of pH. It has been established that carbonized Co-NC composites obtained from poly-5-aminoindole and acetylene soot or N-doped multilayer graphene exhibit electro-catalytic properties in RHE and parallel to the anode process for the release of oxygen in aqueous electrolytes with pH 0-14, which reduces energy costs for the process of general electrochemical decomposition of water. A model of the electrolyzer was developed based on the developed electrocatalysts and it was shown that it is capable of operating stably for a long time at a surge of -200 mV, while providing a current density of ~ 100 mA/cm2 (~ 170 A/g).
