The perspective parameters of the production of poultry enterprises have been determined, the conceptual bases of their development have been formulated, and the fundamentally fundamental organizational and economic measures, the implementation of which will improve the efficiency of poultry production. As a result of research, the following have been developed: scientific and practical recommendations for determining the efficiency of management of enterprises producing poultry products; mathematical model of poultry products sales; scientific publication on the theoretical and methodological substantiation of approaches to the organizational and economic management of the development of poultry production. The proposed development will allow to control the production process and get the estimated production results, can be used in the development of investment projects to create farms of various sizes and business plans of enterprises.
