The production of plant products is carried out with the use of high-capacity and high-performance equipment with the introduction of advanced technologies. The vast majority of agricultural machines operate in an assembly with high-speed high-speed tractors, which provides high productivity of machinery, short optimal terms of work execution. The solution of this problem to the complex of ICC has been reduced to the study of generalized theoretical and methodical aspects of applied problems of the effective use of agricultural machinery in agrarian enterprises of the Carpathian region, which enable to formulate proposals adapted to modern conditions. Existing methodological approaches to determining the optimal composition of the ICC: according to the machine graphs, the use of economethematical modeling based on zonal coefficients, because of the generalized indicator (conditional hectares - reference tractor), do not find interest in a modern agricultural producer and can not be accepted. The graphical method does not provide an economically optimal solution to the structure of the ICC, and the normative method for calculating machines for specific farms is generally not acceptable, it can be used to determine the need for technology at the regional level. The practical implementation of the tasks of efficient use of ICT in modern conditions requires state-owned organizational and technical approaches to form the marketing and management department in AP mines, respectively, in the regions through the creation of testing stations in the regions with the formation of an appropriate information database. The need for agricultural enterprises of Prykarpattya in reliable modern high-performance machines and their service adapted to the natural and climatic conditions that are capable of providing efficient agricultural production is urgent. It is the research of the operational regulations to provide a set of rules for the full use of potential technology in the specific natural conditions of the Precarpathian region for the requirements of effective efficiency. The study of technological regulations - as rules for the implementation of mechanized operations and processes, in terms of determining the need for resources and technical means to achieve programmed end results and compliance - will ensure the design of the ICC and technology complexes of machines for the introduction of innovations in rural government. Nowadays, with the growth of the level of equipment of agricultural production by new high-performance technical means, the task of the steady increase of the effective use of the machine-tractor park (MPC), scientifically grounded approaches to their complete setup for the provision of the technology of cultivation of individual agricultural crops is the problem. Theoretical and methodological basis of research was the methodological and general scientific principles, the fundamental provisions of modern agricultural production, scientific positions and development of leading domestic and foreign experts in the field of efficient use of modern agricultural machinery.
