The research was conducted on experimental field in technological crop rotation. The predecessor is winter wheat. The experiments used a variety of mustard seeds of winter's own selection - Serpanok. The results of the research confirm that during the first and second ranges, at the sowing rate of 1.5 mils / ha / ha, the optimal growth and development of plants in the autumn period, winter crops were 85.3% and 86.8%, respectively. Yields of seeds for the first sowing date - 2.39 t / ha, for the second line - 2.37 t / ha. In the III and IV crop yields were lower by 0.40 t / ha and 0.98 t / ha respectively. The vegetative period of the winter graze must be from 275 days to 292 days, depending on the time of the sowing. Optimum seeding rates of 1.2 and 1.5 million cu. us. / ha, which yielded the highest plant productivity and seed yield - 2.29 t / ha and 2.33 t / ha. Infestation of crops in the autumn period was 238 - 262 pcs. / M2. Application of the herbicide herbicide of the Galera Super, 36.4% of r.k. and Panther's graminicide, 4% KE (0,3 + 1,5) l / ha prevents the competition of weeds in the culture of crops, the biological effectiveness of drugs is from 88.0% to 90.0%. Fertilizers have the greatest impact on plant productivity. When introducing higher fertilizer doses (N40 and 60, P40 and 60, K40 and 60 and N30 and N40 in fertilization), the number of pods per plant increases to 146 and 165 pieces, the number of seeds in the pod is 9.0 - 9.1 pieces, and the weight of 1000 seeds is 3.41 and 3.63 g. In these variants the highest seed yield was obtained - 2.32 and 2.84 t / ha. The content of the oil on variations with fertilizer application is from 39.55% to 39.99%, glucosinolates - from 48.63 to 49.20 mol / g. The cost of production of seeds when fertilizing is from 4,2 to 4,9 thousand UAH / t, the conditional net profit - from 10,1 to 18,9 thousand UAH / ha, and profitability from 146,0 to 182 , 4%. The cultivation of winter wheat mustard seeds with fertilizer application is energy efficient, the energy efficiency coefficient (Кее) is from 1.19 to 1.49.
