Development of methods for the synthesis of building blocks and other practically useful substances for the needs of combinatorial chemistry, high-throughput screening technology, agriculture, military-useful complex heterocyclic substances of various types, as well as in silico, in vivo and in vitro studies of combinatorial libraries of new compounds. Convenient preparative methods for the synthesis of new oxazaheterocycles, cyclic ketosulfones, sulfolane-containing derivatives and energy-rich heteropolycyclic compounds (polyazaheterocycles) have been developed. The results of the screening of neurotropic activity of new synthesized compounds, in particular, cage amine derivatives, oxazaheterocycles and opened heteroatomic structures are presented; data were obtained on the effect of various structural factors on the nature and strength of the biological effects of the synthesized compounds; a computer-generated prediction of the biological activity of the synthesized compounds was carried out. The research results can be used in such areas as combinatorial and medical chemistry, agriculture and the military-industrial sphere. The involvement of research results in the educational process of DNU were confirmed by relevant documents.
