Such arrangement of the scheme of the technological process allows to provide the optimum moisture content of the substrate for fermentation and reduction of the volume of methane tanks to ensure methane fermentation with the receipt of high quality organic fertilizers and renewable energy with the use of mechano-biological methods in the diversified production of livestock products that provide a reduction in capital investments. The process of methane fermentation on the model of technology in the mesophilic mode of fermentation was carried out at a temperature of +40 0С ± 0,8; mixing mode: 10 minutes of mixing and 30 minutes without mixing; humidity of substrate methane tin 92.05%; organic matter content 84,08%, nitrogen 2,69% on dry matter. In this case, 1 liter of methane gas volume was received for 0.61 liters of biogas. Product Description popup.authors Камишан Н.
