The aim of research work is development of principles of organization and realization of psychological help in Аrmed Forces of Ukraine taking into account the NATO-STANAG's. For realization of the put tasks the methods of theoretical and empiric research. Basic results of research: basic information is generalized in relation to experience of psychological help in Army of countries of NATO; principles of organization and realization of psychological help are reasonable in Аrmed Forces of Ukraine; methodical recommendations are offered in relation to possibilities of introduction of modern approaches of organization and grant to the servicemen of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine of psychological help, including - during the conduct of battle actions, use of corresponding forms and methods in practice of the psychological providing, introduction of standards of management troops, accepted in the states - members of NATO in relation to a psychological help to the servicemen. Realization offered approach will allow to perfect the normatively-legal base of the psychological providing of Аrmed Forces of Ukraine, methodology of psychological help to the servicemen, programs of preparation of soldiery specialists.
