The purpose of the study is to detect the laws of the influence of working frequencies of vibrations on friction and wear on the basis of experimental tribo studies. The methodology and methodical recommendations for research on friction and wear of structural and lubricant materials at controlled ranges of operating frequencies of vibrations have been developed. Model friction pairs and working environments for tribological research taking into account working frequencies of vibrations have been selected and substantiated. The research of model tribo systems at the determined vibration frequencies is performed. The device for research of operational characteristics in the given range of vibrations was developed for determination of parameters of wear resistance of working surfaces of friction pairs. The optimal values ??of working frequencies of vibrations for determining the patterns of wear of selected materials of friction pairs are determined. The mathematical model of wear of contacting surfaces under the influence of vibrations is developed. An active SAKID model was developed for studying the vibration of the tribunes of modern machines and process equipment in order to predict the parameters of reliability and stabilize the performance indicators of the friction pairs of these machines. The influence of vibrations on the physical and mechanical properties of friction pairs and the formation of secondary structures is investigated. The dynamics of the passage of the zone of resonance frequencies of the vibrating machine with the flat oscillations of the working organ is researched. The specified formula for the vibrational moment in steady state modes is obtained, taking into account the presence of an elastic link in the drive of the vibrator machine.
