Purpose: On the basis of comprehensive clinical, laboratory, instrumental and psychological examination, determine the health status, the structure of the pathology and the peculiarities of its course in children displaced from the combat zone in the east of Ukraine. Methods of research: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, psychological, statistical. Results and their novelty. According to the results of a survey of 1355 children displaced from the fighting zone, 71.96% had a chronic somatic pathology, in 17.27% of them in the stage of exacerbation, 0.89% of children had a disability. In the structure of the pathology, the diseases of respiratory organs occupy the priority places - 36,0%; digestive systems - 17.0%, mental and behavioral disorders - 9.0%, and the index of pathological lesions was 4.7. The psychological state of children on the test "non-existent animal" was characterized by the presence of signs of anxiety (100%), aggressiveness (94.39%) and exhaustion (79.32%). Girls were more prone to anxiety, and the guys were aggressive. According to the prevalence of certain symptom complexes or their combination, the individual-typological features of the children's personality were determined and 5 observation groups were formed. In the I group (43.01% of children) there were signs of anxiety: there was a steady propensity to perceive many life situations and the environment as a threatening, pessimistic assessment of their own life prospects, and a constant high level of emotional stress. The second group (23.46% of children) was characterized by a combination of high level of anxiety and aggressiveness: a high level of emotional stress, a stable propensity to perceive the environment with distrust, a feeling of guilt, which is a manifestation of autoaggression. Group III (16.2% of children) with aggression prevalence: complained of hostile attitudes towards them, a sense of alienation and isolation, and explained their aggressive actions with the need for protection. Group IV (12.29% of children) with a combination of signs of exhaustion and anxiety: there were apathy, passivity, inertia, poor ability to concentrate, concentration disorders, memory and attention, decreased ability to learn, constant fatigue and irritability, indicating high level of frustration and neuroticism. V group (5.02% of children) was low in all three symptom kits. In the most unfavorable social and medical-biological history, children developed individual-typological features of the personality, characterized by combination of high level of anxiety and aggressiveness (II group) or high level of anxiety and exhaustion (group IV). In children, ІІ (50.00%) and IV (54.55%) groups, there was a clear tendency to increase the frequency of latent bronchospasm compared with children I (35.06%) and ІІІ (37.93%) groups. With the prevalence of signs of exhaustion (group IV), the violation of protective stress-limiting systems, reduced adaptive capacity (violation of the functional state of the myocardium), determined by the slowing of the processes of repolarization; a high percentage of bradycardia (18.18%) and the frequency of heterotopic cardiac arrhythmias (36.36%). For children of the ІІ and ІV groups there were more profound lesions of the gastro-duodenal zone, sometimes with ulcerative processes, high frequency of refluxes. In children of group IV, violations of physical development were more often registered. In children of all groups, there was a decrease in the percentage of CD3 + 19 and CD3-19 + - lymphocytes, levels of IgA and PF, in children with IV group, these changes were more profound. In biochemical studies, there was a decrease in the level of nitrite with the lowest value in children of group IV. The normal serum content of the final products of the LP in children of the I - III groups was achieved by the compensatory stress of the antioxidant system, as evidenced by an increase in the activity of catalase and ceruloplasmin, while an increase in the content of TBC-active products (MDA) in children of group IV indicated an exhaustion of these compensatory mechanisms.
