The purpose of the research is to analyze professional strategies of self-realization of women. Research methods. The study was conducted in 2 stages. First one was an online survey stage. The questionnaire of Schwartz "Profiles of personality" in adaptation of V. Karandasheva was used to analyze the peculiarities of the values of the participants. To analyze demographic age data, sexual orientation, presence of children, family status - the questionnaire was used. For the collection of data on the representation of professional interests has been used a questionnaire that was structured by a deepening system ORIP. The second stage: group facilitation on the topic "Strategies of professional self-realization of women". In the work for the first time: the strategic directions, which promote professional self-realization and help to cope with contradictions, are highlighted. Development of self-consciousness: stable formed women's identity, awareness of their values, development of a stable self-esteem, knowledge of their psychological features and vocation. Building partnerships with others: building a supportive relationship with the environment, as a result women have space and time for self-development. Inclusion in the circle of like-minded people: learning through examples, the experience of successful women, communicating with people with positive thinking, feeling a combination with a particular social group with similar values and aspirations, a feeling of association with a particular social group with similar values and ambitions. According to the results of the study, practical materials for self-analysis of their own strategies for professional self-realization for women have been developed.
