THERMAL INJURY, OPICO RAS, INTERNAL ORGANS, SUBSTRATE OF LIOFILIZED DERM OF SKIN The object of the study - regenerative processes with thermal trauma, wound, internal organs, crushed skin derma substratum. The purpose of the study is to determine the peculiarities of the course of morphofunctional changes, the features of regenerative processes in the burn wound and internal organs in the experimental thermal trauma with the use of corrective factors, to find out the effectiveness of using the substratum of the dermis of the skin in the treatment of heavily coated. Methods of research: histological, histochemical and electron microscopic - to establish qualitative changes of the skin and internal organs at different levels of their structural organization; biochemical - to determine the degree of endogenous intoxication by toxicity of plasma blood; statistical - for the analysis of the reliability of the quantitative results of the study, clinical - to identify the effectiveness of treatment of severe burns. The peculiarities of the regenerative processes in the skin and organs of the organism after the thermal trauma and application of the crushed substrate of the cryolophilized xenon (pig) are established. The biochemical parameters of the dermis of the skin and its influence in the treatment of severe burns in patients have been studied. It is proved that the application of the crushed substratum of xenon to the wound surface after non-creptomy of the skin-affected areas burns improves wound epithelization, prevents the development of destructive changes in the internal organs, activates the regeneration of their structural components, promotes gradual morphofunctional normalization. It has been established that the crushed substrate of the freeze-dried skin dermis of pigs can be recommended for use in the clinic in the treatment of severe burns in patients. The results of the work are implemented in the educational process at the profile departments of medical universities of Ukraine, as well as in burn hospitals of Ukraine.
