Purpose of the work: to develop a technology for predicting immune disorders and quality of life level after combined treatment, taking into account separate metabolic disorders in patients with endometrial and breast cancer. Methods of investigation and equipment: immunological, hematological, biochemical, clinical, morphological, statistical methods; light microscopes, flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, hematological and immune enzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: the frequency and severity of metabolic disorders in patients with endometrial and breast cancer were determined and the dynamics of separate metabolic disorders during the treatment stages were evaluated. The connection of metabolic disorders with a disorder of the state of vegetative regulation, endocrine and immune parameters and the deterioration of the quality of life has been established. Patients with severe metabolic disorders have high levels of C-reactive protein, levels of leptin, immunosuppressive cells CD4+PD1+, CD8+PD1+, CD14+PDL1+ and declining of cell-mediated immunity cells - monocytes and natural cells of anti-tumor defense NK-cells, whose deficiency was intensified during antitumor treatment. Novelty: for the first time, a complex of immune disorders in antitumor treatment of patients with endometrial and breast cancer with pronounced metabolic disorders, which consist in a more pronounced deficiency of cells with antitumor activity - monocytes and NK cells and maintaining a higher relative number of cells with immunosuppressive activity - CD4+PD1+ , CD8+PD1+, CD14PDL1+ and NKT cells. Sphere of application: oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors Євдокименко В.І. Іваненко М.О. Громакова І.А. Громакова І.С. Кошелєва І.В. Кузьменко О.В. Немальцова К.В. Пономарьов І.М.
