The research was conducted to determine the optimal topology of the converters and new algorithms of the power keys control in order to obtain a design for bidirectional buck-boost converter and a three-phase inverter with high energy efficiency. A set of working design documentation was developed and a prototype of the unified inverter module UIM-300 of 300 kW was manufactured. The use of the UIM-300 as part of the system of energy accumulation allows to ensure the balance of generation and consumption of energy in the system of electricity supply with renewable energy sources through the transfer of excess energy to the batteries, storage, and then at the right time power takeoff and supply of consumers in distribution networks. Thus, the implementation of the UIM-300 in the field of electric power industry of Ukraine allows to increase the efficiency of integration of distributed generation sources into the United Energy System of Ukraine.
