Objective: to determine and theoretically substantiate the technology of psychotherapeutic assistance to various categories of victims in overcoming the manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder, taking into account the specifics of clients and the specifics of the implementation of practical activities by specialists. Research methods: theoretical analysis of the problem; modeling; psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and humanistic methods of psychotherapy; observation and self-observation, qualitative data analysis. The conceptual research apparatus has been developed: a system of concepts has been defined that describes the technological aspect of psychotherapeutic assistance to victims, the main conceptual idea of the research has been formulated; outlines the initial theoretical positions, key points and hypotheses for building research aimed at developing psychotherapeutic technologies for various categories of victims with PTSD manifestations (servicemen and veterans, their wifes and children; internally displaced persons; psychologists / psychotherapists who work with victims; consumers of text information).
