In the course of the project the following issues have been worked out: the mechanism for financing non-profit business and social projects on the basis of venture philanthropy in order to reinforce social protection of the population (in particular, military personnel from places of military conflicts, families of wounded and dead in the zone of ATO/JFO), the mechanism of providing charitable contributions by subjects of electronic business, the project of a socially responsible strategy of commercial enterprises in terms of providing charitable assistance, the methodology of accounting for expenses for the provision of charitable assistance on the basis of the proposed classification approach. The risks of responsible business activity in hybrid war have been identified and the algorithm of risk management of enterprise has been developed, as well as the draft regulation on the interaction between public authorities and business entities in overcoming the social and economic consequences of hybrid war has been worked out. The reporting on the results of socially responsible activity of business entities has been improved, the internal reporting package on the provision of charitable assistance and the concept of the development of accounting and taxation in hybrid war have been proposed.
