The method of formation of sensory structures on the basis of polyaniline and nanosized zinc oxide sensitive to ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, chloride, and other gases using "in situ" polymerization methods with the formation of self-organized "core-shell" structures, which ensures uniform distribution of the particles of the filler in the polymeric matrix. For the first time, the film elements of optical sensors based on polyorthotoluidine doped with toluenesulphonic acid, which are sensitive to the action of organic solvent vapors, were obtained by methods of electro-polymerization and chemical precipitation on optically-transparent surfaces of tin oxide and flexible polymeric carriers. The possibility of selective determination of organic solvents of the proton and aproton type was found during the application of POT as a sensitive element of optical sensors. Laboratory specimens of sensitive films based on poly-3,4-ethylene-dioxythiophene, carbon nanotubes and silicon nanoclusters were manufactured, and the influence of ionizing radiation on the structure, electrical and optical properties of nanocomposites was studied. A significant decrease in the specific conductivity of composites due to the course of the processes of radiation destruction and stitching depending on the duration (dose) of irradiation has been established.
