The aim of the work is to develop and improve the effective elements of the technology for obtaining high-quality potato seed material in the direction of intensifying the cultivation of up-to-stage seeds of varieties adapted to the conditions of the south-western Forest-Steppe and identify potato varieties that are distinguished by high adaptive ability to form high yields in the region. Receiving a planned amount of pre-base potato seeds of zoned and promising varieties. Research methods - field - monitoring the growth and development of plants during the growing season, the formation of yield; laboratory - cultivation of plants in vitro in a biotechnological laboratory; mathematical and statistical - analysis of variance (evaluation of the reliability of experimental data); settlement and comparative - the definition of yield, economic evaluation of the studied elements of technology. Results - the peculiarities of growing the pre-base potato material using a growth regulator to increase crop productivity were substantiated and identified, and the potato varieties were determined, the biological properties of which most closely correspond to the soil and climatic conditions of the region. A high level of plant productivity in vitro in greenhouse conditions was achieved by introducing the Stimpot biostimulator in the variants where the root system of the plants was processed in vitro when PRP Stimpo was planted (0.2 ml / 100 ml) and the vegetative plants were sprayed with the preparation dose of 20 ml / ha. (230 pieces from a site for three years of supervision). Among all the varieties that were studied during 2016-2018, the early-growing Cimmeria and mid-ripening were the most productive (19.4-18.7 c / ha).
