For the first time self-organizing genetic search of the optimal model structure in the combinatorial algorithm of GMDH is carried out, which allows solving large-dimensional modeling problems. The stability of the hybrid algorithm is investigated. A software tool (software) was developed and implemented for constructing models of complex systems according to observation data. The results of the application software to solve three problems: modeling abilities of players in real-time strategy (RTS) games, modelling of changes in prices for building, modeling quantity of amylolytic microorganisms on copper polluted plot of soil and reconstruction of missing observations data.
