The general focus is on the analysis of energy distribution, which is introduced into the semi-layered mode of distribution. For numerical analysis, the methods of collocation and least squares are used. - A detailed development of new differential equations and formulas for determining the elastic state and the motion of elastic and viscous compressed media has been systematically presented, and an analogy (response) has been demonstrated, which made it possible to form the equation of a viscous body motion in an analogue to the theory of elasticity form. A numerical method based on OpenFoam CFD open source computing systems is developed. - problems of the vertical fluctuation of the rigid strip and the rectangular stamp with the impervious to the porous liquid with the sole of the porous-saturated fluid (according to the Bio model) layer are considered. By means of symbolic tran-formations, analytical expressions for displacements of the solid and liquid phases of the surface of the layer with a clamped lower face are obtained by the action of distributed harmonic loading on the free surface of the layer on the porous solid and liquid phases. The method of solving dynamic contact problems using orthogonal polynomials is given. The numerical results of frequency dependence of band impedances on geometrical sizes and physical-mechanical parameters of a porous-fluid saturated liquid medium are analyzed.
