Karazin popup.description2 The object of the study is gas-discharge plasma, devices for the creation of ion beams and solid-state objects for interaction with them. The purpose of the stage is to study the mechanisms of separation of impurity ions in hydrogen ion sources, to study the influence of desorbed from hydrogen metal hydride on the characteristics of the sources, as well as the production of planar MSS with increased operational characteristics and a facility for the study of photo and radioluminescence. It is shown that systems with reversible magnetic focusing are capable of mass-separating impurities of an ion beam, which allows irradiation of the surface of the sample by the flow of hydrogen ions without impurities. The presence of a metal hydride cathode, which is a local source of neutral hydrogen, significantly affects the distribution of plasma parameters in the cell, the longitudinal distribution of the potential and leads to the exit of electrons along the discharge axis. A planar MSS with increased operational characteristics has been developed. It is shown that an additional anode magnetic field allows to provide practically any necessary mode of operation of MSS without additional power sources and without changing the basic design of standard equipment. The device for study of radioluminescence of dielectric materials was developed and made. Its testing and calibration of the optical path are carried out. Product Description popup.authors І.
