The purpose of the work: controlled creadion of new dispersive elements, development of the beam line for new X-ray sources based on them. Methods of the study: theoreticsl investigation - methods of Jacoby matrices, Peresada-Syrkin's method, linear and non-linera Schroedinger equation; experimental study - X-ray fluorescence spectromertry, X-ray diffraction, X-ray reflectometry, electron microscopy. On the microscopic level, it was shown by theotetical methods of crystalline lattice dynamics that the negative thermal expansion is characteristic to structures with strong anisotropy in their interatomic interaction, a weak interaction between layers and a strong interaction between layers. The phonon spectra of graphite intercalated by metals Ca and Yb were calculated. Comparison between these spectra and the spectra of the pure graphite. It was shown that the intercalation with different metals can close the phonon band to the electron band, thus effectively increasing the constant of the electro-phonon interaction. The optimum range of the Bormann crystal thickness and characteristics of the high-energy X-ray beam, contrast and energy resolution were calculated theoretically and experimentally established. For obtaining monochromators based on thick fullerite films with high crystalline perfection, the vacuum installation was composed.
