Karazin popup.description2 The objects of study: electrophysiological state of the human brain under influence of electromagnetic radiation of various spectral characteristics in the visible range by visual tract and skin-optical analyzer; diagnostic methods for defining the brain functional state. The research objective: a model development intended for the optical information perception of various spectral characteristics by specific (eye) and nonspecific (skin) sensory systems; development of theoretical foundations for the creation of holographic methods intended for diagnosing the state of the visual and skin-optical systems. The research method: theoretical and experimental study of functioning processes in the visual and skin-optical perception systems under the influence of electromagnetic radiation of the visible range with different spectral characteristics; holographic methods intended for diagnosis of the human visual and skin-optical system and a general state of human body. The experimental study of variations in the brain rhythm activities and other indicators of the organism state under influence of electromagnetic radiation of visible range on the visual analyzer and skin has been carried out. The comprehensive approach to the set of scientific problems has allowed to reveal the objective differences in the light effect of different colors on the brain rhythm variation and the general functional state of the visual and skin analyzers, considering the indirect effect of the neurotransmitters and hormones activity. The influence of various biochemical processes in the organism on the state of the erythrocytic membrane has been analyzed in the framework of the effectiveness of digital holographic interference microscope (DGIM) study for medical diagnostics using measurements of the mean sphericity coefficient of red blood cells. The DGIM optical scheme has been improved for registering rapid variations of micro objects with various spatial magnification coefficients under studying the three-dimensional form of complex microobjects with various spatial scales.
