The purpose of the study is to investigate the biological properties of microorganisms isolated from natural and artificial biocenoses, which can be used in the field of health and agriculture. Research methods and equipment - microbiological (microscopic analytic methods, bacteriological methods) and physico-chemical (pH-metry, photocolorimetric method for determining phosphate ions), complex methods for determining the antagonistic activity of microorganisms, methods of mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results - a number of laboratory and practical works on the courses "Medical microbiology", "Industrial microbiology", "Microbial synthesis", "Microbial preparations for agriculture" for the training of specialists - bachelors and masters in the specialties "Biology" and "Biotechnology and bioengineering "; the technical conditions for getting various forms of preparations for the protection of cultivated plants from phytopathogens on the basis of natural strains of microorganisms-saprophytes have been developed, the technological medium for getting biomass of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria, which are part of the biological preparation for increasing the productivity of agricultural plants have been developed. Novelty - for the first time, 6 strains of microorganisms T. longibrachiatum 17, T. lignorum 14, Streptomyces sp. 31, Streptomyces sp. 35, Bacillus sp. 3 and Bacillus sp. 6. with high antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogens were isolated from soil samples. It was found that among the carbon-containing compounds used in the process of producing bio-fertilizers on phosphate-mobilizing microflora, 1% glucose syrup was the optimal source of carbon nutrition for the P.putida, and 2% glucose syrup for the E. dissolvens. For the first time in artificial conditions, biofilm models of 7 strains of Staphylococcus aureus have been created, their morphological and functional features have been investigated and it has been proved that their extracellular matrix has an exopolysaccharide nature mixed with DNA and protein. Effectiveness of implementation - as a result of this research, technical conditions were developed for getting of various forms of preparations based on the natural strains of saprophyte microorganisms for protecting cultivated plants to phytopathogens, and a technological medium was developed for accumulation of phosphate-mobilized bacteria, which will be part of the biological product to increase the yield of agricultural plants. Sphere of use - 86. Health protection, 01 Agriculture, hunting and related services, 02.1 Forestry and other forestry activities Product Description popup.authors
