The methods and nature of the research are based on the theory of calculations, the general theory of optimal algorithms, the theory of integer transforms , the theory of information security, the theory of coding images and videos, the theory of testing the quality of computational algorithms and estimates of their characteristics. The following results were obtained: high-speed signal compression algorithms, crypto-resistant and noise-resistant data coding; algorithms for the formation the minimum duration of cryptoresistant and noise-resistant code-signal sequences of information packets with an increased information capacity; one-norm integer cosine transforms of order 8, 16 and their fast algorithms of low computational complexity; matrix method for constructing a one -norm simple integer cosine step transform of order 32 with a fast algorithm of low complexity; algorithms for determining the integral indicators of video data; modification of the sigma filter; algorithms for reducing the bit depth of amplitude values.
