Object of study: patients with diseases of autoimmune and immunocomples origin. Subject of research: the nature of vascular lesions, pathogenetic factors of angiopathy, the course of the disease. The essence of the study: it was established that in systemic diseases of the connective tissue comorbid conditions are caused by the state of the vascular system. Remodeling of the central vascular link, to a certain extent, is associated with the level of blood pressure and blood lipid spectrum. Structural and functional changes in the peripheral vascular bed in patients with a rheumatic profile are non-specific. The severity of the remodeling of the cardiovascular system in patients with systemic connective tissue diseases (SСTD) is due to the duration and immunological activity of the pathological process. The process of bone loss is associated with an increase in the total dose of corticosteroids. The addition of statins to standard therapy increases its effectiveness in all pathogenetic areas: improvement of clinical manifestations due to anti-inflammatory action, a significant effect on endothelium dysfunction markers (Vilebrant factor, endothelin-1), a significant and significant decrease in atherogenic blood potential, improvement of life quality indicators according questionnaire SF-36. Anemia was a comorbid state in SСTD, varieties of anemic syndrome were identified by etiological factors.
