The purpose of the work is to study the clinical and psychopathological and pathosychological features of depressive disorders in order to determine the predictors of their formation, course, outcome and development of approaches to personified therapeutic tactics and rehabilitation. The research methods are clinical-psychopathological, psychometric (Hamilton Scale (HDRS), CES-D Scale, Clinical Global Impression Scale (CGI)), psychodiagnostic (E. Heim's technique for determining leading coping -strategies, method "Semantic time differential", "Self-actualization test"), method of immuno-enzymatic analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. The results of the research have revealed the peculiarities of the structure of depressive disorders that affect their severity and dynamics and have predictive value for the diagnosis and therapy of these conditions, determine the role of psychological factors in the formation, course and outcome of depressive disorders, establish the involvement of peripheral cytokines of general inflammation and catecholamines in implementation this pathology, identify targets for therapeutic effects and develop a comprehensive system of therapeutic intervention.
