The aim of research was to substantiate the possibility of using a bacterial strain of Pseudomonas abietaniphila, as a bioproducer of antimicrobial preparation for control of phytopathogens, according to a number of biological and microbiological methods. Methods of investigation - physiological, biochemical, genetic, microbiological, phytopathological, microscopic. In this research, the growth stimulating properties of the poorly studied bacterial strain of P. abietaniphila were substantiated. It was established that this strain is one of the representatives of rhizobacteria that stimulate the growth of these plants (Plant growth - promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR)). It was first discovered that a bacterial strain exhibits phosphate-mobilizing activity - capable of translating insoluble phosphates into a soluble form that is readily available to plants. It has nitrogen-fixing activity, capable of absorbing atmospheric nitrogen and converting it into accessible form for plants. It produces the phytohormone auxin - indolyltrioacetic acid. It exhibits antagonistic properties to some phytopathogenic fungi. Increases the length of seedlings and seedlings of different plants was representative of rhizospheric bacteria. The results obtained will be of practical importance and theoretical basis for the development of environmentally friendly methods and methods of plant protection against phytopathogenic damage.5481 Product Description popup.authors Шаловило Юлія Ігорівна popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
