The purpose of the work is the development and improvement of warehouses of basalt-filled materials and coatings for food and chemical industries. Methods of research: X-ray diffraction analysis of thermosactivated basaltic-bulk filler, micro- and microhardness coatings, determination of adhesion strength of coatings on the gap, determination of physical and mechanical parameters of polymeric coatings: stability on impact, wear resistance. The composition for heat-resistant anticorrosive color coating is developed. The complex of physical and mechanical characteristics of coatings containing thermal activated basaltic-bulk filler in the amount of 20% by weight is determined. It has been established that the wear resistance of epoxy coatings depends on the nature of the waste, its concentration and the heating temperature. Properties of the coating do not deteriorate, and in some cases, improve in 1,5-2,0 due to the introduction of heat-treated basalt husk.
