The process of high-speed surfacing at low racing energy of banded support rolls has been developed, which provides reduction of welding volumes, crushing microstructure, reduction of the share of the participation of the base metal in the welded, the zone of thermal influence, the absence of layering of the deposited metal, increase of cracking strength and absent There are breakages of bandages.
