The subject of the research is the effectiveness and efficiency of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption". The purpose of the research is to to reveal the content of the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption". Research methodology are epistemological toolkit of dialectical and formal logic, legal hermeneutics and linguistics, axiology and axiomatics of law, anthropological-sociological, formal-dogmatic, comparative-legal, systemic and structural-functional and other methods. Theoretical results of the scientific investigation are phenomenological and empirical knowledge of the legal mechanisms of combating corruption, concentrated in scientific articles, abstracts of reports at conferences, monographs, comments, educational methodological recommendations on the enforcement of anti-corruption legislation. Practical results of the scientific exploration are the provisions on financial control, protection of corrupt officials, and other mechanisms for preventing and combating corruption have been interpreted within the scope of commentary and other scientific publications. The essence and content of the rules on the prevention of corruption in the activities of legal entities, as well as on the liability for corruption or corruption-related offenses and elimination of their consequences are disclosed. To formulate scientific and practical comments on the norms on international cooperation implemented within the framework of combating corruption in Ukraine. These developments are important for public administration staff, parliamentarians, courts and law enforcement agencies in the course of their professional activities. Novelty of scientific research: Theoretical and methodological second volume of commentary of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" was created with recommendations for its improvement; relevant topics of the monograph, scientific articles and reports at scientific conferences. Preparation of doctoral dissertation is completed, new master's works are completed and are being prepared. The main of all these works (commentary, monographs, scientific articles) have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical relevance. The authors formulate the idea of anti-corruption orientation of public law open to the progress of civil society and based on them working hypotheses correspond to the parameters of exhaustive interpretation of legal norms, their justification through mediation doctrine in the field of jurisprudence, in other related sciences, sociology, economics, ethics, etc.), as well as verification of real life facts in the fields of economic, political, legal and other social relations son. In the practice of the work of officials of public authorities, commentaries, monographs, scientific articles, materials of scientific conferences created by the authors will come in handy. It enables fast, maximally correct perception and transformation of the normative material of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" of 14.10.2014. Our findings can form the basis for the future development of a codified anti-corruption act. In science, the results of our scientific work will serve as a basis for further scientific research of these problems within a range of scientific specialties, especially given the complex nature of the problem we are investigating. In pedagogical activity, teachers will be able to use the commentary to prepare for the lectures, and students will be able to work with this commentary on practical courses in the courses "Legal Means of Combating Corruption in Public Authorities", "Corruption Factors in Law Enforcement, and Means of Overcoming" Theory of State and Law", "Administrative Law", "Administrative Process", "Criminal Law", "Criminal Procedure", "Rulemaking of Public Administration Bodies","Judicial and Law Enforcement Bodies of Ukraine" and others.
