The purpose is to research and improve the theoretical aspects, methods and tools of management of organizational dynamics, as well as applied aspects of management of organizational changes at domestic enterprises. Research methods. During the research general scientific and special methods were used. Among them: methodological and historical analysis - to determine the properties of individual elements and grouping and generalize them into one whole; the method of induction and deduction - to obtain certain conclusions, based on the analyzed theoretical basis and the expansion of knowledge; causative and functional analysis in the study of the enterprise and its management system; method of system approach - to determine individual features of elements, their comparison and collation in certain groups according to the similarity of this feature; factor analysis method - to determine the main factors affecting change management; the method of correlation-regression analysis - to study the relationship between the identified factors, management of changes and development of the enterprise; calculation method - to investigate the appropriateness of innovations and determine their effectiveness; forecasting method - to count and determine future trends of development after the introduced innovations. Perspectives of implementation. The results obtained during the implementation of research work may be recommended for the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for use in training specialists in the field of management, as well as for enterprises and organizations of all forms of ownership.
