In particular, a legal characteristics of the national and the European mechanism of industrial property protection are given, subjects of law are examined and a content of subjective rights to industrial property objects is analyzed, issues of settlement of relations in the sphere of technology transfer in Ukraine and an alignment of the institute of industrial property of Ukraine with the EU legislation and the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU are investigated. Practical recommendations for improvement of the national mechanism of legal regulation of industrial property and ensuring protection of the right to industrial property objects, taking into account an existing European experience in this field are developed in the paper.
