Also developed and tested method of tympanomastoid plasty in children and adolescents with chronic suppurative otitis media using spongy auto-bone and bone marrow and epiphyseal cartilage. A comparative analysis of the morpho-functional results of various variants of the reconstruction of the middle ear in patients with chronic purulent otitis media was carried out. For the first time, during scientific work, the effectiveness of a developed and implemented method for the treatment of nasopharyngeal lymphoid tissue diseases in children with exudative otitis media, which was carried out by removing pharyngeal tonsil areas that irritate the reflexogenic nasopharyngeal zones in the Rosenmuller fossa and / or adjacent to auditory the tubes, the posterior ends of the middle and lower turbinates. Data were obtained on the spread of middle ear pathology in premature babies. The anatomical features of the middle ear in premature babies were systematized depending on the gestational age, including a study of the presence of myxoid tissue. This list of research results contributes to more effective treatment of patients with ear pathology and the pathology of the paranasal sinuses not only in terms of the rehabilitation of the organ, but also the restoration of its function.
