The subject of analysis is legislative and regulatory acts on the analysis of bankruptcy of enterprises in Ukraine, the main economic indicators of the financial and economic status of enterprises. Objects of research - financial and statistical reporting, accounting documents, which is the basis for the formation of financial statements of the enterprise, primary accounting documents, contractual documents, other documents reflecting business operations that affect the formation of financial indicators of the enterprise. The method of research is general scientific methods (scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, logical grouping, comparison, generalization, comparison, etc.), separate methods of economic research (economic analysis, documentary verification, etc.), system and structural analysis of normative, theoretical and practical material), in particular system analysis of the set of elements that make up the system of accounting and financial reporting of enterprises, observation and structural analysis of the practice of conducting forensic economic examinations An relating to bankruptcy (bankruptcy concealment, fraudulent bankruptcy, bankruptcy). The purpose of the work is to create normatively substantiated methodological recommendations for the implementation of forensic economic examinations on issues related to bankruptcy of enterprises (hiding bankruptcy, fictitious bankruptcy, bringing to bankruptcy). The formation of scientific research makes it possible to determine as precisely as possible the stages of the process of forensic economic research of economic indicators regarding the identification of signs of fictitious bankruptcy, bringing bankruptcy, concealed bankruptcy in order to optimize the organization of the work of a judicial expert-economist. Scientific development: - analyzed the theoretical aspects, legislative and normative acts, which establish and regulate the procedure and procedure of bankruptcy of enterprises (hiding bankruptcy, fictitious bankruptcy, bringing to bankruptcy); - generalized methodological approaches to solving forensic economic examination of issues related to bankruptcy of enterprises (concealment of bankruptcy, fictitious bankruptcy, bringing to bankruptcy). The results of research development are proposed to be used in expert practice as methodological recommendations in conducting forensic economic examinations related to bankruptcy of enterprises (concealment of bankruptcy, fictitious bankruptcy, bringing to bankruptcy).
