Purpose: analysis of cerebral hemodynamics, morpho-functional status of the heart and cardiocerebral relationships in patients with initial cerebral atherosclerosis and in patients who underwent atherothrombotic ischemic stroke. A comprehensive clinical and instrumental study of cerebral hemodynamics and morpho-functional status of the cardiovascular system was performed in 229 patients with various stages of cerebral atherosclerosis (patients who suffered ischemic stroke and patients with atherosclerotic dyscirculatory dyscirculatory. As a result of analysis of the state of cerebral hemodynamics in patients who underwent atherothrombotic stroke, age and hemispherical features of cerebral circulation reorganization were established. In patients with right-sided stroke, changes in cerebral blood flow are more pronounced than in patients with left-sided localization of the ischemic hearth. In patients with severe cerebral atherosclerosis statistically significant features of morpho-functional changes of the heart, intracardial and systemic hemodynamics and geometry of the LV are observed. Correlation between the parameters of cerebral blood flow (LSSC) and systemic and cardiac hemodynamics was established. In patients who underwent atherothrombotic ischemic stroke, rigid intersystem correlations (brain-heart) are formed, which indicates a violation of autoregulation of cerebral circulation and narrowing of the range of adaptive-adaptive mechanisms of cardio-cerebral relationships. Age-specific features of the relationship between cerebral and cardiac hemodynamics should be considered in the development of systemic rehabilitation of patients who underwent ischemic stroke.
