It was found that preserving the estrogen and progesterone activity of stromal and glandular cells of eu- and ectopic endometrium and regulatory effect of steroid hormones in postmenopausal period is involved in development and presence of foci of adenomyosis. It was demonstrated that, non-related to the age of the women, in premature delivery, hemodynamic disturbances like infarctions and retroplacental hematomas prevailed in the placentae.
